As many reps as possible in 15 minutes

10 Goblet Squats
10 Kettlebell Swings
10 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Toes to Bar

    Didn’t go for a pr on ohs…decided to work a little on actually doing them correctly! Worked up to 65# but was squatting to a ball so I KNOW I went low enough! Already feeling it in my shoulders.

    I got 3 rounds and up to 1 burpee box jump of round 4. Didn’t race but I was pretty tired anyway!

    105# OHS, not even close to a PR but a good test on the knee, 5 Rounds + 5GS on the WOD (35#KB, 12″Box, T2B). Didn’t check my ego at the door, I left it at home today!

    250# OHS at CF Lumberton today; PR by 5 or 10#! Did their WOD and it was pretty fun

    A chipper is where there is a long list of movements and you do each movement once
