Clean & Jerk – Do one rep every minute. Add 5-10 pounds each minute. Continue until failure completing a minimum of 8 reps.

15 Power Cleans (135/95)

15 Burpees

400m Run

 

Cash Out: 2x200m Sprint – Rest 3 minutes between each effort

    my first 6 am class…. my body definitely was not functioning on all cylinders

    worked up to 205# from 135#

    wod was 14:40 rx. went on a nice adventure for the 600 m mark and didnt see it on round 1 so 2 and 3 ran out the front to the 400

    i think i will only use this as a last resort class (like today) not really for me. nice seeing new faces though

    Getting deep into my strength program so I only lifted today. Hit 405#x5 on deadlift for a new PR!

    Felt good yesterday. 190 was a 5# PR. Not bad after missing 2+ weeks due to travel and the stomach bug from hell.
