Thanks to everyone who came out for the grand opening of CrossFit Mid-County! We hope everyone had a great time.

Open Gym Starting in March open gym will be held at CrossFit Mid-County the 1st-15th of each month and at CrossFit Beaumont the 16th-31st of each month. This will help build the community between our sister gyms and let everyone learn from other coaches and members.

    854. prd my pull ups. Im going to find a true max here soon. Probably will have to do it in workout format though. I always got more in me with the clock ticking.
