3 Rounds:

15 Pull-Ups (7 for scaled women)

15 Sit-Ups

15 Double Unders (Scaled can do 60 double unders)

 

400m Run

3 Rounds:

9 Cleans (Standard Men & Women 135/75) (Scaled Men & Women 95/55)

9 Thrusters (Standard Men & Women 135/75) (Scaled Men & Women 95/55)

9 Deadlift (Standard Men & Women 135/75) (Scaled Men & Women 95/55)

 

400m Run

 

 

You will only run at the beginning of the workout, after the first 3 rounds of pullups/situps/double unders, and at the end of the 3 rounds of cleans/thrusters/deadlifts. For your score to count for our box you must do the entire workout entirely Standard or entirely scaled.

    Guess I am out on this one. Elbow hurts doing pull-ups and I don’t want to hurt it further.

    I must have been hallucinating last night when I looked at today’s WOD because I thought it didn’t look too bad! Ha was I wrong!! This was brutal on an old woman!!

    So afternoon classes. Sub 18 maybe some sub 17 available scaled.
    But not everyone scale. If you can rx. Do it for the team

    I totally take back the “You are welcome” comment from earlier. Just did Rx and it was a beast!! Geesh Neal…who programs 135# thrusters? That’s cruel!!

    Ha Grant. I didn’t get to do this workout ( I was at work) but whn I saw the 135 thruster I had the same thought as you Hahhaha

    yea, I am almost a whole day late posting….let me say this wod was probably the worst WOD i’ve ever done in my CrossFit life! My first wod did not seem this awful. It ate my lunch and irritated me….but I finished. 29 something RX. I would have much rather done this completely scaled and had a better score for Battle of the Boxes.
