10 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

7 Toes To Bar

 

Cash Out: 3 sets of 400m Run and 30 Russian Twists

    worked up to 175# x 5 on BS

    30 Reps at 150# during the Tabata – this was absolutely miserable

    7 Rds + 10 KB swings at 45#

    155 on bs, 125 tabata with 29 reps, 5 rounds +10 kb RX (#45kb).. I agree Elyse that tabata was awful:(

    This made me smile this morning! Nothing like some back squat fun (I could be saying different during). It’s an all natural butt lift. lol. Nice job ladies!
