    7 rounds of 3 cleans at 215# I think and 4 handstand push ups. I’ll save the ring handstand push ups for another time.

    Cant do much wall climbing, but i think hitting some bleachers with sandbags would kick ACE!!

    I did that workout Sunday Stephen. Its a fun one. Without rings and without that much weight that is.

    They did it 205 though and the girls went 135. I want to do the burpee wall jump rope climb workout. But withot the push up OHS, and Toe to bar Ground to Overhead lead in workouts.

    Awesome job on the first set JJ. I got 80 unbroken on the first set only to have JJ beat me by two. Stefan is tough as hell.

    It was awesome watching Stefan and Jeremy go at it. They were neck and neck til the end.

    I’d love to try the last three workouts. pushup/OHS, Toe to Bar/Ground Overhead, Burpee Wall Jump/Rope Climb. I thought that was really cool how they made the last three one big event.

    A couple of college buddies and I are doing both of these races…the tough mudder looks ridiculous…not that the tri won’t be. Anyway, I’ll post these to facebook as well if anyone is interested in joining the madness!

    I wish I would have known how hard all the sets after the first one were going to be. I would have kept going on the first one. Be sure to get as many as you can on the first one. It only gets a lot harder. I am starting to enjoy wall ball and I used to hate it.

    Check out the warrior dash in atx in nov. It’s similar to the tough mudder, but shorter. And you get a Viking helmet at the end, just saying…
