    Happy Birthday Erin!..man just wasn’t myself today for the WOD so we won’t talk about it……for the snatch though got 145# it wasn’t pretty but I got it, thats a 20# PR from a really long time ago (November 2010) so not sure it counts lol!!

    Nice job Jay! Can anyone tell me what’s going on down at CFMC? They are always talking about eating baked goods and now they are bringing it to the next level with an RV filled with Boudain and cheese infused sausage. Is this some new spin on the paleo diet?

    RX’d a whole workout for the first time ever.
    20″ Box Jumps for the first time ever.
    Snatch was tough, only 3 rounds on WOD With 73# OH Squats, 20″ box & all 20 DU’s 😉

    I am having mixed feelings after watching the crossfit games: #1 why am I allowed in the door? #2 when will they kick me out?
    thank you to the entire box for making me feel welcome, everyone has been so nice and I’m thinking I don’t deserve it. Age differences aside, I am not pushing myself enough. Obviously, there is a mental aspect to crossfit fitness and I need to get with the program. These athletes are phenomenal. So if you see some slacking, feel free to call me out.
