Everyone loves a good row

FIGHT GONE BAD
3 Rounds. 60 seconds at each station, one minute rest between each round:

Wall-ball: (20#/14#) (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: (75#/45#) (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press: (75#/45#) (Reps)
Row:  (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    I want to do this!!! But when am I supposed to catch up on my sleep? If I can make myself get up at 11 I will be there.

    Know what hurts worse than landing on a plyo box with your shin??? Hitting that same shin with a metal mallet as hard as you can, about one inch above the original injury. I am so ridiculously accident prone.

    I LOVE Fight Gone Bad – definitely one of my favorite workouts. Wish I could be there tonight, but have some Mommy duties to take care of.

    lets see some more scores!!! This is a benchmark WOD. That said, i didn’t do it. Too difficult to set up in globogym and do by myself and I can’t pick up my arms from yesterday.

    Went back at 5 and did 5rds of 20 double unders and 20 situps somewhere around 7 minutes.
