One squat snatch every 30 seconds for 3 minutes

 

3 Rounds:

20 Push-Ups

20 Box Jumps (24/20)

20 Hollow Rocks

20 Goblet Squats (55/35)

    55# squat snatch. Tried 58# 4 times and couldn’t get it.
    55#x6. Don’t understand how I can do 55 6 times and can’t even get 58#.

    Didnt finish the workout. Got 2 rounds + 11 hollow rocks.

    Hate that I missed this one. Got stuck at work again! Hopefully I’ll make it tomorrow for max pullups….we’ll see!
