Weighted Kipping Pull-Ups 5-5-5
As Fast As Possible:
5 Rounds:
10 Thrusters (95#/65#)
10 Burpees
10 Pull-Ups
Rest 1 minute

Once you finish your last pull-up look at the clock and start your next round in exactly one minute. Your time will be the 5 rounds plus the rest time.
