3 x 400m Sprints at 85-90% effort (based off of your 400m Personal Record). 1:1 Work to Rest ratio

Food For Thought: Do you hold yourself to the movement standards when no one is watching? When was the last time you’ve not counted a rep when counting yourself?

    How in the WORLD do I get home and think back, “That was great!” I surely was NOT thinking that in the middle of it! But, this is the kind of wod I like..frantically moving from one thing to the next.

    In an effort to do something that sort of resembled a “sprint” I did 200’s. 1:05, 1:01, 1:01.
    WOD: 10, 10(b/p), 13 (35#) First swing didn’t even go up I was so tired!, 11(20″)

    This looks awesome! and then I remember I had beef-a-roni for dinner for the first time since before I even heard about crossfit.. I knew I would be punished somehow.

    Oh yeah, I guess TODAY was the last time I no repped myself…when that kb didn’t go up! I’m pretty honest with my counting. I’d like to think I’m just really honest, but I also know that karma’s a bi***!!!

    Josh, I felt the same way yesterday. A weekend of eating ice cream, funnel cake, brownies and more ice cream made for a rough Monday.

    Not as ba as I thought it would be. I always dread 400’s then when it is over I wish I wouldn’t gave more.
