 In WOD

WOD 3/9/12

Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes complete 1 sprint from far wall to far wall. Complete 2 burpees before each sprint.

 

AMRAP in 4 minutes:

10 KB Swings (55/35)

20 Double Unders

Rest 4 minutes.

AMRAP in 4 minutes:

5 Goblet Squats (55/35)

10 Sit-Ups

 

We will be open this weekend but you will have to get to CFB via South St. since MLK will be closed for the Gusher Marathon. The games WOD will be at CF Bridge City at 1pm.

    There’s rarely a WOD i dont think is fun lol…Garret…burnt chucky doll? lol Classic…pretty sure it doesn’t taste like burnt chucky doll, although i wouldn’t know what that would taste like.

    good showing at 12:30 for the open wod. lots of support and lots of athletes makes for a great time.

    did not meet my goal. got 5 rounds plus 6 T2B = 213 reps rx i believe. slightly disappointed in not being able to finsh at least 6 rounds.

    i think all the athletes can agree that the workout was slightly harder than expected. the push press does add up and take toll on grip

    Had fun counting reps for 12.3. Good way to start the weekend.

    Did this one in gym. 1st wod 40#kb 3 rds plus 14DU..mine DUs are coming along! 2nd wod 5rds plus 6 situps 40#kb

    Yaayyy i made the blog. Im glad to see you got my best side. Lol

    did the 12:30 12.3. Got 5 rds and 8 push press 203 reps. A little short of my 6 rd goal but Im ok with it. 115# gets heavy quick. Box jumps are tough on an old guy with crappy knees but i did all 90 of em so thats a silver lining 🙂
