Skill:  Double Unders/Jump Rope work
You MUST attempt a double under, even if you think you can’t get one.  You will NEVER get one if you don’t try.

Row 45 Calories
45 DB Thrusters
45 Med Ball Cleans (20/14)
45 Pull Ups
Run 400m

 

Cash Out: Accumulate 2 minutes in a handstand; freestanding or against a wall.

    23:53 with more scaling than I’d like to admit.
    20″db for 25 reps, 15# for 20 reps
    red/blue for 25 pull-ups, added purple for 20 (3 at a time for last 15)
    Cashed out with a 2 min wall sit instead of handstand. (Arms are jello after this week.)
    BUT I FEEL GREAT!!!

    21:48 with 30# DB, 20# WB, & had to do red banded pullups- don’t underestimate this WOD, it is more painful than it looks

    I totally agree Hardy! This kicked my ass!!
    27:20 w/ 25# DB, 20# Med Ball, pull ups RX. Clayton and I had a nice little race on the run, I tried to catch him but we ended up tying! If I didn’t stop to (almost) puke I would have totally got you Clayton!!!

    25:21 w/ 25#db however, I did all 45 pullups unassisted so I’m pretty much a happy camper. 🙂

    I decided to do tabata this since I missed it when we did it last month. Got 62. Doing it the correct order (row, squat, pull up, push up, sit up) hurt my score from last time… oh well at least I did it right
