Try to increase the load on every set.

 

If you signed up for the 5K saturday but can’t make it please let us know ASAP! Everyone who is signed up – BE SURE TO WEAR A CROSSFIT SHIRT!  The race starts at 8am, be at Hollywood Theaters by 7:30.

    Nathan, that is exactly what I’m expecting, I think Crossfit can sweep some of the age groups. It would be great to have 1st,2nd & 3rd all on stage wearing Crossfit. We have 225 runners signed up and looking forward to a beautiful morning!

    It was funny but I just didn’t have my front squat this morning but I did PR my OHS @ 68# and my BS @ 123#, a 20# improvement! We had a great crew and I know Scott and Amber both had PRs. Natalie dropped in and said hi with some pretty powerful lifting herself!

    Neal, I would come sign up but my schedule just does not work out when someone is there. Me and Dj both want to run it. I do not get off until 8pm tonight. 🙁

    A lot of PR’s at the 5pm class today……..I had a 15#, 10# and a 30# PR!
    Congrats to everyone today…..Crossfit Beaumont is great!!!
