    When I woke up this morning and saw this workout- I was super stoked thought we were running a 10K. Then I came to my senses and was in dismay upon realizing what the workout really was and 10K was simply a reference to the comments on this blog :/

    20:51. Blue band pullups. Purple band PushUps x 40, then the rest with Red band. My arms are shot.

    Andrew, you gotta come to the morning or lunch class on Fridays then! No one really comes to class on Friday evenings, everyone already has the weekend started by then.

    This WOD made me hate pullups momentarily. Krystal and Scott flew through it with no problems.

    I was shooting for 18. Hit a wall on rep 80 of pull-ups and push-ups. Had to rest more than I wanted to.

    I may have been the last one done but I finished every rep! So proud of myself!! Thanks Neal for having me do proper push ups, made it a lot tougher!

    clint my one and only time to do this was 11-3-10 and i got 20:21 so i hope i can meet your target of 18 2 years later. my goal is actually fifteen min, maybe thats a bit ambitious but i feel like i want to PR my max pullups today with 40, then do sets of ten…get through pushups reasonably then kill situps and squats. HOPEFULLY

    Good luck. My grip absolutely sucks, Push-ups was at the brink of failure, sit-ups were unbroken but not blazing fast, an air squats were air squats. Had no idea what a good time was but 15 seems doable if you can kill the pull-ups.
