WOD 1 From the CrossFit Open
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatch (75#/55#)
Barbell Step-Ups 10-10-10-10-10 (each set is 10 step-ups per leg) (20″/16″)
If you want to do this workout and have your score submitted to be counted for the CrossFit Open you MUST complete this workout on Saturday at 12noon with the group OR have a judge (coach) counting every rep. For a video on what is and isn’t a valid rep check here.

I did this yesterday, got 3 rounds plus 2 du. I want to try again, du’s slowed me down
Would any extra coaches happen to be going to the 6pm class tonight? I’ll be at the warrior dash on sat.
I got 4 rounds AT THE BUZZER with 35# and 90 single unders. (First time I’ve done 3x’s instead of 2x’s!!) MUST LEARN DUs. Did the step-ups 33#’s to 53#’s. First round on a 16″ but knee hurt so I went down to a 12″ for the rest.
I’ll be there Jay. I’m going to be up there for the evening classes to help judge if anyone wants to come!
