Join us January 3-7 to try our Group Classes

That’s right! Come to any of our group classes (listed on the right side of the page) January 3-7 and see what you think of CrossFit Beaumont. Our workouts are scalable to all ages, sizes, and ability levels so come in and give it a try. We have coaches lead every class to ensure you are moving safely and correctly. Bring a bottle of water, workout gear, and get ready to work. Please show up to classes 5-10 minutes before they start and let a coach know if you have any limitations. We look forward to meeting you!

    It will be the best decision you have made. They aren’t kidding about the scaling. You will get a GREAT workout no matter what level you are on. As for you “elite athletes, the scaling does NOT affect your workout.

    just wanted to give a shout out to stefan….it was fun harassing you in the women’s MWF class this week! no, really….joking aside…it was good to see you, the workouts were great, ur a great coach (very positive, very encouraging & motivational) & thanks for putting up w/ the “girls”!! you have to admit…we are a fun class, right?! good luck in mid-county! p.s. pls. take the compliment b/c i am not kidding!!!!
