Sounds like a cardio day from hell. You are right JJ I am no liking either but I will be there to give it all i got and then some.
So JJ is going to wake up early for this one? Sounds like a winner to me!
This was a fun one! The row and wall ball was good to go but the burpees kicked my a**. The bad part is that it took me longer to do the burpees than it did the first two combined. 2/3 of the time was burpees. Completed in 11:45.
I am finally glad to see an easy day at CFB. I have been looking forward to one of these for awhile.
This should be fun, especialy the burpees.

I think mine may have been 7:47 technically. I called time then remembered I had to look myself. I believe it took me at least three seconds to find the clock and take a mental note of the time. I have done a reenactment like five times, and every time I come up with three seconds.
Today was a great day, I felt great for the final push and then when it was over I was sucking wind. 9:07 with a 14#
8:41 Rx’d I was feeling good until the burpees!
The rest of the week is going to be tough for me traveling and bosses in town! Ugh… I hope to make it at least Tomorrow and friday.
Clay, you can always just do a couple hundred burpees for everyday you can not make it.
