Tabata Front Squat (45/33)
Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Your score for each tabata interval will be your lowest number of reps for any of the 20 second work cycles. You will have a score of Back Squats, a score for push press, and a score for front squats. The trick is to pace yourself in the earlier rounds so you can maintain the same number of reps during each work cycle.
