WOD 2/5/13
Complete 5 sets of 5 Front Squats + 1 Jerk (Split or Push) Go as heavy as possible.
The Jerk will be the limiting factor in the weight you will use so the front squats will be much easier than normal. We want you to focus on jerking the weight from the rack position with the bar on the shoulders. Before attempting the jerk you may have to slightly “pop” the bar up to adjust your hands in order to get a full grip on the barbell before jerking it overhead. You do not want to jerk it overhead if you don’t have a good grip ready to push yourself under the bar.
AMRAP in 8 minutes:
2 Deadlift (315/225)
4 Burpees
6 Box Jumps (30/24)
