We coach – we teach complex exercises & movements, record times and weights lifted, and push our athletes.
What if I’m not an athlete? What if I’m not even in shape?
We don’t require you to be. Workouts are scaled down with lighter weights, less reps, and fewer rounds to meet the needs of beginning trainees. It still won’t be easy, but we don’t expect a new athlete to perform like an experienced one should.
