    Here I was practicing hoping to get 1 muscle-up in 13.3. I stink. Didn’t even get through the 150 wall ball @ RX. Only got 130 WBs having to go up to the higher blue line. I need to do this one again. Hey, I’m in last place of 15 at CFB for the Crossfit Games. I have too many excuses it seems. My only goal was to finish all 5 this year. I’ll still be happy in last if I at least finish all 5. 🙂
