Come on out to Rogers Park this Saturday and work off some some of that Thanksgiving feast. We’ll be getting started at 11AM so try and be there a few minutes early. As always the workout will be scaled to any fitness level so don’t worry about whether or not you’ll be able to do the workout. If my parents can do this so can you!
Be sure to bring water, running shoes, and a light jacket or sweater in case it’s chilly. We had a great turnout last time and hope to see an even bigger group this week. See you Saturday.
