“Chelsea” Every Minute For 30 minutes complete: 5 Pull-Ups 10 Push-Ups 15 Squats
If you don’t complete a round in the given minute you will finish it out and then rest during the next minute. Post number of rounds completed to the comments.

22 Rounds rx’d kicked my @$$! I never know I’d be able to do 110 pullups 220 push ups and 330 squats in 30 minutes…. Then again I never knew I’d want to do that!

What is the workout like this that is on the board? isnt there one that is like 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats?
Murph’s challenge is that, plus a mile in the front and a mile in the back. If I remember correctly.
