Today is the last day of our 5 week strength cycle. Starting next week we won’t be doing squats/deadlifts/press on MWF. We will still do intermittent strength work from time to time but the volume won’t be as high as it has been recently. Congrats to everyone who made some big gains; post in the comments your increases the major lifts.
