CrossFit Beaumont welcomes you to join us for a free intro personal training session with one of our coaches. This 1-hour session will give you the chance to experience a CrossFit workout and to get acquainted with our staff. Our expert coach will take you through our regular class format: dynamic warm up, skill training, WOD (Workout Of the Day) and cool down. After, we can answer all of your questions, discuss your options for how to continue with CFB.

We can schedule your intro session any time that works for you.

Upon completion of your intro session, we may allow you to join our group classes or continue personal training if you need more one on one attention to get comfortable with all of the different exercises.

It quickly transcended into the primary workout program for martial artists and elite athletes worldwide. The program can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease to professional athletes preparing for their season. What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, executed at a high intensity. We solve many of the problems found in traditional workouts.
Time – Average gym-goers spend 30 minutes on the elliptical followed by another hour in the gym. A typical CrossFit workout is 10-20 minutes. However when we add in warm-up, movement instruction, cool down, and stretching our classes last an hour. You will find this one hour investment will easily pay for itself through increased energy and elevated mood throughout the day.
Motivation – Every class is led by a trainer who will provide instruction as well as the motivation for you to perform to the best of your ability. Working out in a group is also an excellent way to ensure you’re giving your maximum effort.
Boredom – Most gym-goers have a 2 or 3 day routine that they perform over and over for months or years at a time. At CrossFit you will have a new workout everyday. This keeps your body from adapting to repeated movements, keeps you from getting bored, makes our workouts fun and challenging, and helps you achieve your maximal fitness level.
CrossFit is an empirically driven, clinically tested, community developed strength and conditioning system that is built on constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at a high intensity. I’ve never been an athlete and I’m in terrible shape. Can I do CrossFit?

YES. We have trained deconditioned individuals, former athletes, new moms, busy professionals, elite athletes, and everyone in between. The fitness needs of an olympic athlete and a soccer mom differ by degree, not by kind. We can scale every workout to your level of fitness by decreasing weight, reps, rounds, or substituting movements. None of our workouts will be easy; but we also provide the motivation to get you through the workout.

Services & Prices

All new athletes must complete our introductory personal training session. This class is designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movements and help you decide whether you need more personal training or if you’re ready for our group CrossFit classes. Most new members complete 2-4 Personal Training sessions in order to gain a better understanding of how to perform all the different exercises. After your free intro personal training sessions, the cost per session is $50. If you would like to move into the regular classes without additional personal training you will need to demonstrate proper form and understanding of most our exercises including the kettlebell swing, wall ball, thruster, deadlift, front squat, push press, and clean.
(There’s no written test or anything, we just want you to be able to show us that you know what each movement is and how to do it correctly)

Month to Month memberships available. However, we encourage our athletes to get serious about their health and fitness and want you to commit to our program. You won’t see results in weeks, but you will see results in months. Reaching your goals takes time and hard work. Our coaches want the best for you and we know that if you’re in it for the long haul you are far more likely to see positives results from our program.

6 or 12 Month Contracts – Upon completion of your contract your membership will automatically be switched over to a Month to Month Membership which will continue to renew at the month to month rate unless you notify CrossFit Beaumont that you would like to sign a new contract or cancel your membership.
There will be a cancellation fee of $25 per month for each month that remains on the contract, no matter the reason for cancelling your contract.

About Our Pricing
Each time you workout at CrossFit Beaumont you will have a dedicated CrossFit trainer who will ensure you are executing movements safely and efficiently, as well as provide the motivation for you to work your hardest.

Personal training from a reputable coach is $50-100/hour. Working out 3 times a week would cost you upwards of $600 every month. Our fee’s are more than your typical globo-gym but you will be receiving expert coaching and a unique experience. Most importantly you will see positive results in your strength, speed, stamina, energy and health (which will translate to results in the mirror; which is why most of you are here).

How To Cancel:
Payment is on an auto-draft system through ACH or debit/credit card, and will be prorated from the date you begin membership and will continue to draft on the first of every month. You can cancel or make changes to your membership at any time, just please give us advance notice at least 3 days before the last day of the month to allow for any changes. If you need to cancel a 6 or 12 month contract there is a $25 fee for every month remaining on the contract.

Late Payments:
For Members who are not on our auto-draft system and pay by cash or check – Your payment is due on the first of every month. Memberships not paid by the 5th of the month will incur a $20 late fee. Please pay early to avoid any fees.
