Front Squat – Find your 1 rep max
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
10 Burpee Box Jumps
200m Run

Congrats to all of the athletes who competed in the competition this Saturday. We’re proud of all of you guys! Mad props to Jeremy Franks and Sean Hardy for making it to the final event and representing our box with pride. I hope everyone enjoyed it!

    Awesome job guys. I wish I could have been there. I am headed to Houston tonight to catch an early flight to Hawaii. I’ll see you guys in a week. I’m gonna try and make it to CrossFit Maui while I’m there. Should be fun.

    I had a great time and I am really glad I decided to compete. I am proud of myself for what I did and am even more proud of the brotherhood of CFB for the support that was given to each of us during each event we competed in. That’s what makes this place so awesome. I know without you guys I couldn’t be doing some of the things I am doing to better my physical well being, you guys make me better every time we get together.

    Way to go guys! Wish I could have been there to compete with you guys or at least there to cheer ya’ll on. Now it is time for me to kick it up a notch to get up where our competing athletes are. Se ya’ll today at the box.

    Great job guys! It sounded pretty tough! But then again thats what CF work outs are made to be. My grandma is adamant that I torture myself lol . . . I push myself now so I can walk when Im her age. She is my secret inspiration.

    As for todays workout which for some reason I decided to do at noon…

    so yesterday i ohs 90#s and got my first pullup!!
    today i front squatted 140#s and did 2 pullups!
    oh and for the wod-5 rnds plus 10 burpee bjs

    I see that Jeff is starting to pass me up to his diligence with Paleo. Congrats Bud on the 200 lb front squat. Thats awesome. I got 8 rds and 170 front squat. I did PR my 400 yesterday with 1.11 and a snatch of 105, another pr for me.

    Also JJ beasted both the workout today and the 400m tire flip. I am ready for a workout that has some strength elements to it.

    I had soo much fun at the challenge, that I am already looking forward to the next one. Watching Sean and Jeremy move on to round 4 and watching Neal destroy the first two workouts was awesome. I’m proud of myself and how far I have come but I still have a long way to go. As far as the WOD …
