Front Squat – Find a 3 rep max

3 Rounds: 1 minute at each station for max reps

Box Jump (20/16)

Rest 1 minute after each round
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. At the end of each minute the athlete must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
