30 Hand Release Push-Ups

20 Walking Lunges Holding Kettlebell Overhead (55/35) (first 10 in right arm, second 10 in left arm)

10 Power Cleans

Run 400m


On lunges each leg counts as a rep.

    Let me just say, Dr. Peel did an I &D on me yrs back for a spider bite on back of my leg…. He’s an awesome Dr. And really liked in the community. Knows his stuff for sure. I now have a Dr. My mom knows that I can show her here’s your proof it works! This is an awesome recommendation in the article and I certainly hope more people come give it a try.

    165. Missed the jerk for 175

    1840rx. I didn’t do anything good. I blame a healthy diet since Sunday. My body doesn’t know how to work with good fuel. It needs fast food and beer
