Everyday at CFB we see problems in the movements of our athletes. Some people have had these problems for a long time but haven’t addressed them. Your answers can be found at    Having trouble getting low in the sqauat? Keeping your knees out? Keeping your heels down? Finding the correct position for an Overhead Squat or snatch? How about receiving a barbell comfortably in the rack position? The daily videos on the mobility WOD website can help you correct all these problems. But once you learn how to correct the problem you have to work on it, doing the stretches daily to help mobilize whatever position you’re having trouble with. The video we’ve posted today is just one example and is only addressing one small problem. Head over to their site and search for a video that might help you with the problems you have.     Stunk it up today! No where near my 1RM on snatch balance. 4 Rounds @55#, did DU’s for 1 minute each round (40, 27, 24, 27) so I wouldn’t spend the entire workout jumping rope. They are getting better slowly but surely.

    Still working on squatting with weight over my head. When my knees bend, my arms want to bend, too.
    Liked the WOD…mostly because I knew it WOULD end. (I like amraps.)
