Overhead Squat – 15 minutes to find a heavy set of 3
Sub Front Squats if you have flexibility issues in the Overhead Position
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
2 Snatch
4 Overhead Squats
6 Burpees
8 Toes To Bar (Sub V-Ups if needed)
