    134 DU”s in 2:00 min – PR. Thanks for staying over, Allie. I was determined to finish that WOD. 49:40 RX. Wrapping up my CFB career on a high note since I beat both Zack and Sean today. Today will be a great day because of that!

    Great job today! But keep in mind, they probably won’t let you get away with your patented “forehead underneath the bar” pullups at Crossfit Grapevine.
