    oh and the tailpipe was killer! And a question, does holding the kettlebells in the rack position make your lungs stronger? I felt like I was training to get stuck in a sinking canoe in the middle of a huge lake.

    I found this today while looking at crossfit Austin’s site…. it’s a fish oil calculator. I wasn’t taking NEARLY enough! I was shocked!

    did I do 742, or 642??? I forgot because I couldn’t feel my legs lol I almost put my truck on cruise control on the way home because my legs were shaking so bad. AWESOME!
