U.S. Marine Corps Captain Brandon “Bull” Barrett, 27, of Marion, IN, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based out of Camp Lejeune, NC, was killed on May 5, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.

    I’m going to try and show up tomorrow for the 5 or 6pm, depending on when I get relieved from my off-duty job and whether I remember to bring some gym clothes!

    Didn’t do as bad as I thought I would for my first hero wod…. Did 2 rounds scaled the running to 800 m row because it was freezing at 6 am :)… Ring rows for pull ups… 35.04

    I did one round with 135# and that was enough of that for the evening. It would have taken too long to do the second round at 135#. I also had to sub 100 box jumps for the double unders on both rounds.

    Started with doubles but quickly went to singles, 45#, and purple band.

    1:05:08 singles, 35# switched back and forth between no band and purple band! Hit my chin on the pull up bar…..don’t even know how i did that!!lol
