This WOD is in memory to those lost during the Fort Hood shootings.

We will not have a 7pm class this evening. We will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. We will resume classes normally on Saturday. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday.

    Im glad they picked something so hard core! We will need the 2 days off to recover from this! lol Im having a small surgery on the 29th, so I’m doing as much as I can this week because I will be off for 2 weeks after.

    holy crap! 27:24 w/ a good deal of scaling- 225, 53, 75, G/P, 24″, 30… this was a killer WOD!!! Good job 6am and happy thanksgving to all of CFB 🙂

    24:21 straight up womens rx all the way

    OHS killed my time, dropped it like 5 times as well a very tough way to end the WOD with DB squat cleans.

    i think a congrats is in store for me…that was still hard as hell. i i could have went heavier or higher on the box but thought lets just stay simple and was slightly tired from a 2 hour ping pong session i had prior to coming to the box

    i know neal…i deserve it. yall dont realize how hard a ping pong match can be. luckily thanks to crossfit i was able to wear down my opponent with my new and improved endurance level!!!!

    got me a jackie in- 9:38 rx lot slower on my 50 thrusters than expected

    and the chief in on sat morning- 20 rounds RX!!! did it in august at 115# and got 21
