    Yes, flexibility IS an issue…but I’m TRYING to bet more flexible! All I can think about is how those KB swings are going to hurt after Saturday! However, by the simple fact that I SURVIVED 3.0, I AM RENEWED!

    Did a different WOD early in the morning. Did the WOD later and got 8:33 w a 70# bell. Didn’t do the tabata front squats.
