10 Burpee Box Jumps(24/20)

10 Thrusters (135/95)

50 Double Unders

    1:07, 1:27, 1:21 three mins rest each time. On the second run my legs gave out about a third of the way into it.

    16:01 rx on the wod. I was still gassed from the runs. My last set of thrusters was my best, but probably because I had rested so much on the first two rounds.

    12:19 115#. Ehhh ok I guess. Little to much rest.

    But good news I have lost 9 pounds to get back o 155 in about 3 and half weeks so very excited

    Run 1:15 / 1:16 / 1:17 – consistently mediocre
    Back was hurting so I did a different WOD, 10:07
    21-15-9 ring push-ups and wallballs 20#
    Wore a 45# vest for the round of 21, 25# vest for the rest. Miserable.

    Rowed for the sprints, 1:28 and I don’t remember the others… slower.

    10:32 for the WOD with 20″, 63#, and all DUs. Should’ve gone heavier for the thrusters, but I just hate them so much.
