CROSSFIT 101 PROGRAM
To start training with us full-time you must begin in our CrossFit 101 classes. These classes are designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movement techniques. CrossFit 101 is your gateway to joining our regularly scheduled group classes. It is imperative that as a new athlete you complete 1-3 of these classes, as it will set you up for success in our program. After completing 1-3 CrossFit 101 classes you can choose to stay in for longer or start attending our regular group classes. If you would like to move into the regular classes sooner we allow you to test out of CrossFit 101 early by demonstrating proper form and understanding of the basic lifts and movements. (There’s no written test or anything, we just want you to be able to show us that you know what each movemnt is and how to do it correctly)
Once you and the coaches feel like you are ready you will get the thumbs up to start group classes. If you’ve never tried CrossFit and would like to try it out before signing up. Your first CrossFit 101 class is free!

If you can’t make these class times let us know.
You can sign up and pay by credit/debit card through the Sign-Up page or you can come by during any class time and pay with cash or check.
Personal Training is also available at CrossFit Beaumont all hours of the day. If you need a little more instruction, can’t attend our scheduled classes, you are extremely out of shape, or if you’re just uncomfortable in a group atmosphere; we can continue to train you one on one after you’ve completed the On-Ramp course. At Crossfit Beaumont we train a wide variety of individuals; from MMA Fighters, professional soldiers and athletes, to housewives, college students, and anyone willing to put in the sweat and tears to achieve true fitness. Some of our athletes are training for functional dominance; others are training to regain functional competence. We train athletes to be strong, fast, and mentally tough using a no-nonsense, intense workout program aimed at developing raw strength, stamina, strength endurance, explosive power, and metabolic conditioning.

We know you have a busy and hectic schedule, and since we have more motivated and highly experienced coaches than any other CrossFit facility, we have the ability to put offer more classes than other facilities.
CrossFit’s foundational exercises mimic natural human movement. In group classes we squat, push, pull, run and jump – with or without weight – based on your current fitness level.
We don’t just offer personal training and group classes. We offer both seasonal and ongoing specialty programs for members who are looking to work on their weaknesses, or for members who just want to mix it up a bit.

There are many elements that go into making a world-class facility. From the training components like having enough space and equipment to practical components like free parking. Our facility has all the necessary components to help you get fit and stay fit for life..
We use your body and real weights to create free, natural movement. We only have machines that mimic functional movement, and none of those that don’t contribute to overall health and a lean, conditioned body. We welcome you to take a look around our box and our equipment – you won’t see full length mirrors but you’ll see results in your own mirror and in the fit of your clothes when you make the move to functional fitness.
The strength in our CrossFit lies in our community. From BBQs to Halloween parties to CrossFit competitions, and volunteering events. Our members are more than just fitness junkies.
Fitness is something that should make your life better; it’s not something we think should dominate your life. We believe it’s important to be well-rounded people who know how to let loose, have a drink and socialize with friends.
