    Thought the pull ups were a lot easier today. Went home and got on the scale, I lost 2 pounds! Down to 206!

    53lb snatch. This took me forever to finish! 28:19 on the WOD. Had to substitute dips(purple band) for pull-ups since we do not have a pull-up sation at school. Did RX push-ups. 150…crap!

    Cody – Sorry but your friend can’t drop into a regular class until he’s gone through the On-Ramp classes. He is welcome to come try a Saturday class at 11am though.
