Sprints 400m – 400m – 200m – 200m

Rest 2-3 minutes between efforts

Max Tire Flips in 30 Seconds, Rest 2 minutes, Repeat x 4

Join us tomorrow at noon to cheer on everyone competing in the CrossFit Open. If you want to workout with us thats fine too! We will still have our normal 10am and 11am classes on Saturday.
