    Aw Brian, don’t feel bad. I did that once but I also hurt both of my wrists and 1 was messed up for atleast 2 months! 🙁 Lots of IBP!

    7:37- 35# OVHS, Green band during pull ups. Can’t remember run time.

    9:56, 55# and blue and purple bands. 5:36 for the run with nothing, small, medium, and large. Then I ran one with the XL just to see if I could, but I didn’t time it. Fun WOD!
