“Fight Gone Bad Mix-Up”
1 Minute at each station for 3 Rounds
  • Shuttle Run
  • Thrusters (95#/65#)
  • Sit-Ups
  • Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
  • Ring Dips

Rest exactly one minute between each round. Score is max number of reps completed.

    So only a one week break! Dr. said it is not a heart problem, its iron deficient anemia and I can work out again. Be there tomorrow!!!!

    Surfed in Galveston this weekend. Burpees are the best exersice ever for surfing and pull up really help paddling.

    266 on todays WOD. The Remix was def. harder for me than the normal FGB. Again, anyone going to the Mens Summer Challenge this weekend that wants to stay in Houston overnight is welcome to come with me. Ill be picking up everyones packets Fri. night and staying at my aunt’s. Theres plenty of room. 409-504-7578
