WOD 7/10/12

12 minutes Snatch Balance practice. These reps will be performed without the initial “heave” meaning you will simply drop under the bar without first jumping it off of your shoulders. You will use significantly less weight and just focus on your speed getting under the bar.

15 OHS 95/65#
30 Lateral Jumps (over BB)
45 Ab-Mat Situps

 

 

Join us on Sunday at 1pm where we will be attempting to do SIX named workouts back to back without rest between. It’s going to be one big terrible killer workout. Let me know in the comments section if you plan on attending.

    I’ll be in Austin on Sunday. My 6 workouts will be 1) 8-10 mile run around Town Lake; 2) coffe and tacos at Jo’s on South Congress; 3) Paddle Boarding on Town Lake; 4) laying on grass at Barton Springs; 5) lunch at Chuy’s; 6) Sleep in passenger seat while wife drives home!

    worked up to 115 on the skill

    4 Rounds + 23 bar hops @ 135. Got all 5 sets of OHS unbroken so I was excited about that
