    115 for FS 3 rep max. Same as last month (but haven’t been in 2 weeks)

    “Helen” kicked my hiney! Scaled so much not sure if I can still call the wod Helen lol.

    I tried the biscuits and gravy. I’d use the butter rather than the coconut oil in the biscuits. Overall, they weren’t the best paleo meal I’ve had, but they were pretty good.

    Missed the biscuits, printed out the onion to try.
    Helen was tough, but I “suck less” every day, so I know I will be better next time. However, I DID run all 3 400’s (without EVER walking) and I have moved up to a 26# kb (all 3 sets UNbroken) and my pullups were with green and red. (Last 2 sets broken 8/4 and 7/5) . Took me almost 16 minutes, but they waited for me and cheered…that’s one of the best parts of CF! Thanks, y’all.

    Nice work Sheree! I don’t care what your time was; I would call that a win. You never walked on the 3 runs and you never set down the kettlebell even though you stepped up to a bigger size! That is awesome

    I printed out the biscuit and gravy recipe, but I haven’t cooked it yet. I dig today’s recipe. I may do a version soon.

    Sheree you did AWESOME!! you forgot your 75# FS pr!! you have came so far since I met you. I look forward to all workouts with you and pushing harder than we thought we could. Our whole 6am crew did great this morning. Thanks for the workout stefan!

    Great work Hardy! An 18# increase on the KB and unassisted pull ups makes a HUGE difference

    295 Fs, 9:59 rx. was shooting for 10 minutes. I guess I’m just an overachiever;). Great job Neal. Really enjoying working out with ya lately. Looks like I missed these WODs both times last year, so I guess this is my Pr!
