We want EVERYONE to compete in the CrossFit Open this year. The first step is to get your profile set up at http://games.crossfit.com/. You can still participate with us in the Open workouts on Saturdays at 1pm if you don’t register. If you don’t plan on RX’ing the workouts then it’s unnecessary to register; but we want as many people as possible to join us on Saturdays to compete in the WODs.

    I hope whoever is coaching doesnt have to be anywhere too early. And I need to either lose more weight or get stronger. That’s what scale is fore, right?

    Will we be able to do the open wods any other times besides Saturday in case we aren’t able to do them with everyone else on a particular week? Also, I’m not sure I read the rules right, but I think the way I understood it was that you could do a given week’s wod multiple times in that week and then submit your best time by the deadline.

    cant answer the first part josh but i know in last years open: you could attempt the wod multiple times (if you wanted) and only submit your best time/score.

    Definitely a fun noon class today. Went in not wanting to do this but the guys going hard…and girls makes you have to. 6:39. Rx which is a 1:07 pr in four months. Clean and jerk at 165

    C&J 205. 6:30 on wod at 205 lbs. My bodyweight sometimes but usually not on Mondays.

    5:34 on crippler with 205# (kind of like chris on the “not my bw on monday” though.. usually its 205 on friday before i destroy the blue bell)
