As Fast As Possible:

50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders

Complete 10 Burpees after each set of double unders

 

Cash Out: Max distance Overhead carry (45/30 dumbbells)

    What are you shooting for on your 3 rep back squat Cody? Well, I’ll be doing a whole bunch of singles. . . but at least I get a 10burpee rest between each set.lol. So, we’re holding 2 45#dumbells over our head and walking?

    355 on last set but failed on my last rep. 4:12 Rx. 3 1/2 carries on cash out. Good job everyone on the workout. Close race between everyone.

    290×3 on my last set of back squats. Went for 300 and got one rep but just barely, didn’t attempt reps 2&3.

    4:03 RX on the WOD, great push from Cody & JJ! Down & back on the cash out, that was the hardest part of the whole workout but at least it was over quick

    Garrett, yeah just hold two dumbbells overhead and walk from the pull up rig to the bay door and back and back and back until you have to drop em!

    I hate it when I can’t make it to my daily dosage of Crossfit class, particularly with the Rooster Crew. Darn life gets in the way of fun sometimes. Today’s would’ve been a fun one.

    195 on the squats….it’s progress. Did Grace for the first time. 4:47 @ 115#. 2 round trips on the cash out with 35#. Beat JJ on that so I ended on a high note.
