    135 on DL and 13:52 on wod. Scaled weights and reps. Still not feeling 100% but pushing through!

    Most the usual 6amCircus back today and I was the last one finished. All is right under the stars! And to those of you who haven’t been coming and were resting while I finished…well, YOU KNOW!
    95-145 deadlifts. 15:09 on the wod with an 8# db.

    Had fun with the Circus this morning!! My deadlift ended at 5 with 123# which was my one rep max last time we did one reps… So progress is being made!! The rest was 14:37 8# db. Great job everyone!! We will miss you Stefan!!!

    i was kinda scared going into this, but after getting started, i wish i would have gone heavier.

    105# on deadlift ( i know i can do more, and will definitely try next time!)

    7:44 on the WOD with 15# DB and 6# MB

    i heard gossip today at CFB, that Stefan will no longer be coaching at CFB???? we will miss u!!! but i will definitely be stopping in at CFMC for a visit REALLLLLL soon 🙂
