    the last thing i wanted to see this morning at 5:20 when i checked the site was ANYTHING to do w/ squatting… um yeah… 10:16 @ 95# and a green band. (sore)

    Tried to do free standing, only made it two rounds. 9 rounds total rx. Definitely still sore from
    Tuesdays so made sure this was all arms.
