    I was thinking about making tomorrow my rest day, but now i might not….Looking foward to finding my deadlift max and meeting Fran for my first time!!!!

    I tried SO hard to excuse myself from going this morning and I’m SO glad I did NOT!!!

    210# dead lift for a 5# pr!
    9:41 on Fran for a 2:35 pr using the same weight (50#) but going DOWN IN BANDS from b/r to b/p!!

    I shouldn’t listen to myself more often!
    This is a fun day! Can’t wait to see times!

    Nice lift Cody, but I think you’d already gotten 455# hadn’t you? I know you’re shooting for the same thing I am. . . the 500 club. You’re closer than I am. I’ll be very happy with 455 today. Nice Fran time too. . . you killed it.

    Garret- i did my heavy squat, bench, deadlift workout yesterday so I wasnt expecting to get a new pr. And thanks about the Fran time. Me and clay pushed each other hard and got good times.

    325# deadlift(15#PR) and 5:02RX Fran (34 second PR)
    I’d say it was a good day other than I suck at counting double-unders.. sorry JJ. The ‘noon’ class is killer! so full of energy all the time. Love it

    I know it’s not much by everyone else’s high standards, but 285 lb. DL which is a PR for me at least by 30 lbs. now that I’m figuring out some of this technique stuff. Makes 300 almost doable as I slowly get better. Forgot my time already on the WOD. 6 min-something (6:18?) w/75 lbs. and RX pullups.

    Thanks for the words of encouragement. Relatively lighter weight for now, but I keep thinking if I”m where you all now this time next year, then I’m good with that. I’ll just be a year behind you all as I keep progressing. I’m definitely a Crossfit junkie these days. Can’t get enough it for some reason. I’d go more, but there’s thing called life that I have to do too. 🙂

    385# deadline. 20#pr. pretty happy with that. almost to my goal of 400.

    5:32 fran rx. a little disappointed with that. it was my first attempt so next time Im shooting for 4:30

    Deadlifts 235 not a PR. I need to start going some strength work on the side.
    Fran – 5:57! 29 second PR! She still sucks ass though!

    570# deadlift. I don’t remember fran time. I didn’t have my sun dial. I’m better at picking things up and putting them down.

    just DL and hit a 5 # PR. not willing to kill my back. once bad form occurs thats enough for me

    didnt do fran since i did it about 3 weeks ago with clint and i want to wait to hit a big PR

    messed around with some doubles, pullups, and muscle ups

    325# Deadlift and 5:02RX Fran. Both pretty big PR’s so I had fun. The ‘noon’ class definitely kills it. Apparently I suck at counting double-unders too, sorry JJ.

    405#DL-can’t get over that hump. Failed at 435 and 415 after that. 4:40rx Fran. . . first time doing that WOD. Neal called it saying I’d get it under 5. I was shooting for under 6.
