Push Press 3-3-3-3

Do all the sets of press then all the sets of push press. Try to add weight each set

10 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans

Sled Pull Down & Back

Rest 3 mintues after each set. Complete a total of 5 sets. Add weight on hang cleans as long as they remain unbroken. Sled pulls should be quick; never let the sled come to a complete stop
